Each plant is carefully picked, potted and packaged with care. We strive to provide the best plants possible and have happy customers that return for repeating business.

This particular plant is one of my personal favorites of all the various plants we grow at Weezys Way. During the spring and summer it thrives with a vibrant green color and tons of baby plantlets. It has always been a conversation starter with friends and neighbors that visit. It does not like the cold. If possible, grow in a container where it can be moved indoors during the winter. From my experience, it tends to like wide, low to mid depth containers which keep it growing out and wider. The taller and smaller diameter containers tend to make it grow tall and very stalky. Always plant using a very well draining soil and let the soil dry between watering.

From Wikipedia:

"Kalanchoe daigremontiana, formerly known as Bryophyllum daigremontianum and commonly called mother of thousands, alligator plant, or Mexican hat plant is a succulent plant native to Madagascar. Like other members of Bryophyllum, it can propagate vegetatively from plantlets that develop on its leaf margins."

These plants do well in hot weather, generally, they like warm temperature areas. The usual temperature required for their growth is in the range of 65 to 75 degrees F.
